Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Email a photo and your order number to email@example.com and we will issue a replacement free of charge.
Our posters are printed on demand and while the effects of Covid-19 persist, international shipments continue to be delayed. Once your item has been shipped and reaches the destination country it is in the hands of the mail carrier. We will do our best to help if any issues arise, but we do not have a special relationship with postal services to locate packages.
We cannot guarantee delivery times until the shipping situation around the world improves.
